Funny how gyms let you use machines with programs but never give you a manual or a link to learn what you need to know about how to use them. Trial and error isn’t a great way to use my scarce workout moments. Gotta get online and see what I can find.
Today was intervals on the recumbent. Seems different than I remember. Take it up so high you can’t turn the cranks, then drop it to nothing and repeat. Quick reset, morenof the same on a more manageable scale. Oh well, I did work.
Massage today, legs pretty toast anyhow.
