Kickball :-)....a sad loss for the team though :-(. Need two wins on thursday to make playoffs

NEOC club champs. Course was good till number 14, big mistake here trying to cut through an area which I should have just taken a trail to. Took it slow though since I didn't want to injure my ankle any more.

Back was bothering me from the drive up and ankle wasn't holding up to well so I thought 1 miles was good. Ankle is a lot better can't decide if its better to keep going slowly on the ankle or keep resting it....how long does a sprained ankle take to heal?
