Downhill clough. Dropped off at the cattle grid on Ringinglow Road, across the moor and down the Lady Cannings bike track, then down the clough.

London City Race. Pretty clean. Route choice to 2 would have been better avoiding the big traffic junction and maybe the first long rc in the Barbican would have been faster dropping down to the deck rather than the walkway. Good moment of confusion on the stairs out of 15 but other than that ok. Felt like I was pushing more than I expected I could - fresh legs having done zip the previous few days.
