Middleton Wood night o. Bad, very very bad. Long range AP not a good plan at night, surprise. Enjoyable, fortunately. Technique was getting better in the second half, but it could hardly have got worse. Post race carrot cake was amazing and totally made up for the crap nav.

Many doms after yesterdays circuits. So this turned into a fast moor walk with a bit of light jogging. Found a new trod on Burbage Moor and was really happy about it. I'm easily pleased. The cows were very polite.
