ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS EVENING... beautiful views from the top and almost caught the sunset... just cruising and chatting, gonna miss his company when he leaves but thankfully their terms are stupidly short so he'll be back in no time :D feeling much better than I thought I would, those cramps of yesterday seem long gone, strange

Hmm... had a few niggles which was annoying because, as yesterday, my navigation was pretty good; the whole of my torso tensed up violently on the way to no.7 and i genuinely thought i was having a seizure... Almost like cramp but every muscle from my collar bones to my groin, am thinking is to do with lack of food consumed over the past few days cause I could hear my stomach sloshing...? Also, ball of foot is getting really sore and red raw, will hopefully see a consultant in the coming year to talk about when the best time is to have the op...

had a better weekend than expected because I didn't happen to run into any twats :-)

Had an emotionally tumultuous week, and was pretty pleased that my Oing wasn't compromised today... Beat about two thirds of the 18s/20s who were running SHIs but fitness (or lack of) still catching me out
Passed out though when I got home, shivering and sweating and didn't come round for about three hours...

Note

Had the BEST week of my life... so much so that I've stopped eating again. Really looking forward to this w/e's races

Apparently I'm looking slimmer, and so checked and found I have lost 3kg so am on my way!
