Maybe my last appointment at the physio...he thinks there's no reason why I can't go running again.
This time he had my doing lost of jumping/ hopping and balancing - all actions and movements that take place whilst running - and i was fine for all of them.
Plan is to do these new jumpy exercises during my lunch hours. Will jog round the courses this weekend and if they go ok, when im feeling brave I will try running next week. :O
My final diagnosis was a hip flexor strain. He said a tendon takes a 100 days to heal fully, I must be a good chunk into that now and just need to keep increasing the load on it
