Doing sprintelope tonight so kept things fairly chill. Started with the WASP group but when everyone went up the steps to Nether I went left to the coll then did a lap of Whinny before going round the back and a lap of the bog.

ESOC Sprintelope at Baberton and Westburn - Long 5.1km

Was another new area for me and I was hoping it would be nice and technical. Turned out to be one of the easiest courses I've done in a long time so got bored very quickly. Calves were also feeling very crampy and could ping at any moment so just cruised round.
