Hip felt good before setting off. First 15 was fine and I then bumped into HBT doing running related S&C by the pavilion so I joined them for a 3 min wall sit against a tree. I then carried on my run and hip only got tired for last 5. This was helpful as it shows exactly where I am; 2 x 15 mins with some rest/walking in between. Onwards
