British Middle Distance Champs at Brereton Spurs. Going well until number 7 which made me lose confidence, was getting very lucky with numerous controls, stumbling into them without knowing where I am. Course length: 5.0km

Saxons Summer Series at Mote Park. This was always going to be running training rather than nav training. Thought I had got caught out be the strange format so was worrying the whole way round but it turned out i hadn't.
