London City Race - Mens Open - 7.0km
Jogged round the Mens Open. Pain free :) Now need to build up strength so I can run on it on consecutive days at higher intensity
Course was better than I was expecting. It was never going to be overly tricky but there was enough small alleys and route choices to keep things interesting
No real structure to this session as it was busier today. Probably did 14, 16, 20 then 10. Will be able to see once I finally get hold of an ANT+ stick tonight.
Physio again. Think I'm finally on the mend. I wish I had booked this guy back in May
Apparently after one 1 week he thinks my hip flexor is a little stronger after doing some squats, leg raises, sprints and lots of swimming
Aims for next two weeks: Carry on with squats, leg raises Do sprints but not on consecutive days Get back to doing spinning after work Do hip flexor stretch on side of bed along with others
