Had an awful nights sleep and I may have also lost some of my swimming form as I was really struggling. Didn't feel like I was pushing that hard but kept needing breaks. Hopefully will be better tomorrow.

Road has reopened so I can get back to swimming in the mornings.

I'm pretty much back at the stage I was 2 weeks ago before I was a prat and ran too far, too fast too soon for the nth time. I really don't want to have any further set backs.

Aim is to be running before trip to Norway
