Still can't find my Garmin Swim :(

Probably did around 1600m but my shoulder/neck was painful and my legs were tired.

Leg is feeling pretty much back to normal. Got an appointment at the physio this evening when hopefully i can set out a training schedule that won't result in a setback for the umpteenth time.

Had an awful nights sleep and I may have also lost some of my swimming form as I was really struggling. Didn't feel like I was pushing that hard but kept needing breaks. Hopefully will be better tomorrow.
