NGOC League at Parkend - Blue Course 5.7km

Just walking round as i doubt hip is back to 100% and shoulder was still painful although i did roll over it using a tennis ball which helped.

Doing map memory to make it interesting. At times I was in a train of punters which meant i couldn't really go wrong. Ability to follow bearings wasn't great today.

Note
(injured)

Shoulder was still painful morning after the physio gave it a good massage last night so gave swimming a miss

Why do you get niggles when you are not doing anything?

Swimming (Pool) 30:00 [2]
(injured)

Probably ~1800m

Lovely and empty for once. Wish I had my watch as on each day this wek i've been doing a 500m time trial at the end and i felt today was my fastest but i'll never know.

Back/shoulder pain still present .Will mention to the physio which got rescheduled to today. Probably caused by sitting at a desk or sleeping funny

Note

Physio was super helpful once again. Gave me some new exercises to do to increase loading my hip flexor and also told me to foam roll my quads

He also diagnosed my shoulder pain as upper traps trigger point and gave me some ways to ease that

Also my Garmin Swim was handed in to reception as the Gym so I've got that back now as well :)

Still can't find my Garmin Swim :(

Probably did around 1600m but my shoulder/neck was painful and my legs were tired.

Leg is feeling pretty much back to normal. Got an appointment at the physio this evening when hopefully i can set out a training schedule that won't result in a setback for the umpteenth time.
