5.4km (12m ascent) cycle down from Cleeve Hill. Unbelievably I didn't die given my bike's shoddy brakes, the single lane road, the 15% hill and the drizzle.
No swimming this morning as i got back late last nght after travelling back from Halden.
During my daily post-work physio exercises session I chose today to try running on the treadmill and did 5 x 1 minute run 1 minute walk. This was fine and painfree so i will be building this up
