Carrying on to Edinburgh. Yesterday's illness meant i needed all morning to sort stuff so no time once I got here.

Always had planned for this to be a rest day with having load all my stuff into my car / a van and drive it to the Lakes. Couple this with heavy rain all day and a stomach bug meant no desire for training anyway

Part 1 of farewell run with PH, TC and JM. Plan for the evening was start from Paul house in Gloucester, run up to the Royal William pub at Painswick Beacon for a pint then run back. Good chat and it stayed dry.
