I knew what to expect but struggled to keep execute my poor plans. I think I was not visualising enough. Didn't help I was wearing standard inov8s with not much grip left so was partly focussed on not falling over. Errors on almost every other leg so never really got into it.

Reacted when I got back and bought new shoes so can't use that excuse for much longer.

Everyone shot off and I went a bit into the red at the top of the crags so had to ease off up the steps to Nether. Was catching Jill, Craig and Mike up MFD but again had to walk for the last part. Had no confidence in shoes so lost time on descent. Surprised to get a new pb and confirms that although conditions were probably the best they've been I have improved.
