2 hours easy in the Pentlands. Started at Flotterstone then stayed on the ridge all the way to West Kip then turned around and ran back.
Nice and clear at Flotterstone but as soon as I started heading up the wind was in my face. This progressed to snow as I carried on which was fairly unpleasant at West Kip. Didn't hang around and immediately turned around so the wind was now pushing me back and I was 6 mins quicker to get back to Turnhouse.

There are 8 triangles (or nearly triangles) attached to the south road of the meadows. Do one length hard then next length easy and you just have to do each length of the triangle hard before moving onto the next one
