JT was fueled by frustration so we set off fairly hard and I was being towed all the way to Kingston. Sadly for JT that was all he was fueled by so when the inevitable bonk came I took more of the wind. The fact that we were doing +30km/h meant I wanted to keep it up. Near Musselburgh JT was now struggling to stay on the wheel but we got back within time.

Easy in Inch Park. Same pattern as my other runs this week. Fine at beginning but for last 10 mins it feels weak. No sharp pains but 30 mins the limit. Need to strengthen it via S&C / rehab exercises as running only is not enough.
