Evening run with Erin around the neighbourhood. In shorts and long t, but still needed gloves and a headband.

Cold and snowy, but enjoyable, conditions in the Rouge with BiT, Simpy, and Judy. Time includes a few bathroom break walks. A few spots were quite slippy, even with screwcross on. Feeling the chaffing and tightness this morning.
