This is no longer the men's class..it's my weekly personal training session. Started with various sprints, shuffles, bear walks, etc. Then did 5 rounds of: 5 push-ups, 10 squat thrusts, 15 burpees, 20 jumping jacks. Finished with 70 lying leg throw downs
