One of my slowest halfs for TTT, but enjoyed and never felt too hard. Took it cautious on the swim and bike....run, I just ran out of calories. But, had the endurance all weekend. I really really really need to work on speed now! So great to be out there. Woke up Monday morning and not much soreness at all...maybe went a little too easy. Boyz did great all weekend. We had 2 Aupairs helping us...plus they slept between races on day 2 after getting milk drunk! Slept so so both nights....up only 2 times and were great in the car. Such a wonderful weekend. Back to reality today...oh and a nursing interview..first thing this morning 9:00 am...and went great!

Bike was 4 miles longer then first race in the am...longer then normal. Felt great the entire way. The only thing I struggled with was getting enough calories in without wanting to keep running to the bathroom...which I had to a few times this weekend. Also, cramping was an issue due to cold water...and pumping...needed to keep up on hydration..BIG time

Went much easier then normal. Didn't want to pull anything on the first race! Ligaments are still a little loose post pregnancy...and due to breastfeeding. Someday I won't have to worry about this!
