No wetsuit swim = I swam by myself in the elite wave. Got on the bike...to ride the out and back...missed the draft pack...yes, you're not suppose to but it ridiculous in a short race like this. Eric watched and said it was nutzzz...I had the pleasure of getting a kick a$$ workout of time trialing by myself after I finally got on my bike. I fell at the mount line. Doh! Run...well. It was crampy. I needed salt throughout the day and I instead played with my Bro and kiddos and didn't pay attention to it like I should have. O well. Looked at this event as fun and a speed workout. That's it. But, it's good learning too.
