Run on hotel treadmill after a full day of touring 8 gyms for work. The only time I could fit something in before we go for dinner. A ton of walking today too so was pretty wiped after this. Took 4 min run intervals and 1 min walk. Figured I should take some walk breaks after such a long day and being 19 weeks now.
Back felt pretty stiff after the hour of shovelling yesterday so I did some of my own stretching this morning quickly before getting on a plane in a few hours for Vancouver.
