Went for a hike along the cottage road, perfect day outside. Most of my walking this week has been on flat city streets so the hills were a nice change.

Yoga at cottage before dinner. Really needed this, lower back was really tight and haven't done much yoga this week because it was such a busy week.
2 rounds through of a bunch of leg and core exercises in basement this morning. Balance felt really off when doing lunges on bosu and 1 legged dead lifts. Felt good to get this in though.
That weekend went by wayyyy too fast. Got in some yin yoga before bed so help stretch my back which was feeling pretty tight. I think from the shovelling earlier today even though I didn't do nearly as much as Paul.
