Was planning on doing 15km, but got kicked out after only 8km as gym was closing early. I was on the easier bike again (as earlier this week) and a speed demon beside me for most of the session meant my rpm was faster than normal. Would have beaten my 40min target if I'd been able to go to the end! 226kcal.

I climbed the 530 steps up to the Golden Gallery on top of St Paul's Cathedral at lunch today - not sure if that counts as training or not... ;-) Got my first vertigo "hit" for many months. Stunning views at the top, of course.
