Frosty Ice bike with Chris and Reis - HVT (!) east and all around bolton...found a frozen wet land and had tonnes o fun playing bike polo with bull rushes - tough going on the legs!

Palgrave East and West with the three amigos - east was great cuz someone had dragged a sled around to break up the ice crust, but the west, oooh the west...solid crusty ice made for a very slick ski. Tough on my balance - coupled by the fact that the new skiis are soooooo much faster than I am used to! Whew....
(back is a little better)

Quick tempo run with fuzzy and pickles on cal. east trails - very wet and rainy, but I had to get out after deciding to miss the Nav. meeting and trail run due to the weather/driving (back is killing me...)
Note
spent the morning snowboarding at Snow Valley - not bad - some good fluffy stuff before the freezing rain put a damper on things. I got off the hill, and headed to Hardwood to pick up my bike, then to Loretto to get the new skiis!! Can't wait to try them out tomorrow!

spent the day on the snowboard at Caledon - picture perfect day and awesome conditions - felt like a rock star...half pipe still needs some beautifying, but freestyle lessons help! God what a beauty day!!!
