| This one was a major effort for the walking wounded - ie:me...good run despite the lack of mobility in my neck, and extra effort to get a deep breath - had a quick massage before the start, and it helped to loosen the areas of pain - how could it not when the therapist was 30 something, tall, dark, and handsome...I ran faster than anticipated, and felt awesome - even with the rain and MAJOR headwinds for about 6K - great race for the first year of running it - definitely a stop for next year too...even got a free toothbrush WOOHOO!!!!! |
