quick sprint with Fuzzy and Pickles in Albion - wanted to see how the back wuz after 1 wk. off running, and a good physio session - she says I'm getting better!!! Still was a little tender, but this just makes me even happier to have a bike!

great day up in Mansfield - good hard enduro - legs felt great 'till 32K mark, then just a little burning, but not bad, and they held on 'till the end. Guess that's what happens when you pay attention to pacing! Finished 2nd - won a very fine Kona beer stein!!!! :)

would have rather not, but duty called...stuck to mostly gentle cardio (skipping etc.) and abs, abs, abs, plus lots of stretching.

15 mins. of spin just to loosen the legs, followed by 35 mins. in the forest with Fuzzy and Pickles - just marching it out! My back is tender today, and I am not pleased about this...the heated seats in the Mini really help - maybe I should have dinner in the car :)

This one was a major effort for the walking wounded - ie:me...good run despite the lack of mobility in my neck, and extra effort to get a deep breath - had a quick massage before the start, and it helped to loosen the areas of pain - how could it not when the therapist was 30 something, tall, dark, and handsome...I ran faster than anticipated, and felt awesome - even with the rain and MAJOR headwinds for about 6K - great race for the first year of running it - definitely a stop for next year too...even got a free toothbrush WOOHOO!!!!!
