MTB race (winter wow 40K) 2:19:00 [4]
great day on the trail - sat and spun hard to pace myself for the 40K ahead, and was surprised to find I did pretty well - 1st female over the line; 26th overall yahoooo! Bike mechanical at 25K rendered me close to a single speed, but otherwise, all systems were in fine form.
C • Congrats 5

took jake for a good spin on road rail and trail...ready for tomorrow

Friday Nov 17

Trail run 1:00:00 [3]
red loop of palgrave east plus some with el jefe - fast - running with people with long legs can only be good for me...

Thursday Nov 16

road run 1:00:00 [3]
chalet loop in the neverending rain- kept to a 6min. pace as the back is feeling a little tight...

Wednesday Nov 15

road run 51:00 [4]
tempo 10K - managing to hold a pace pretty well, as the back gets stronger...
warm up/down 15:00 [2]

got yesterday's LSD done - 15K - kept to a 6min. pace to ensure the back gets built up slowly...

Sunday Nov 12

MTB 1:45:00 [3]
missed the race due to too much fun at a wine tasting last night - much too much fun...so I caught a later spin in Mansfield and Dufferin with el jefe - feeling pretty puny, but still an awesome ride. All set for the WOW on sunday!

Thursday Nov 9

Monday Nov 6

MTB 4:00:00 [4]
Fruita, Colorado on the way back to Denver - stopped for some Kokopeli Trail action - Marys Loop, Horsethief, Moore Fun (crazy insane fun...) and Rustler's Loop. These trails are awesome and solidified the fact that I need to plan a yearly trip to this neck of the woods just to get schooled...crazy fun!

Sunday Nov 5

MTB 2:30:00 [4]
Amasa Back Trail - tough and technical would best describe this one! Straight up, then straight down - took the singletrack death on the left trail on the way back - holy cr$p...am I ever learning ALOT!

Saturday Nov 4

MTB 4:00:00 [4]
Epic - Kokopeli to LPS to Porcupine Rim - too awesome for words again - much harder going today - Ries took a header off the diving board and crack his helmet - ouch! After did the Slickrock 1st Loop and half the main trail out and back - this is what all the hoopalah is about!! Wow...
MTB 1:00:00 [3]
Night loop on Slickrock in the full moon - no need for headlights and the silence...oh the silence...

Friday Nov 3

MTB 2:30:00 [3]
Moab - Gemini Bridges, Klondike Bluffs and Arches Natnl. Park - too awesome for words - pretty basic riding today but lots o rocks, climbs, sand and loose fast downhill - wahooo!
