sarah's 'new' secret trails around caledon east are in primo shape - almost all dry, and great for burning the legs - took this one steady on my lungs, and hit the rail trail also to Albion - poked my nose in but, of course, it's still too wet to ride...patience, patience...the lungs are slowly coming back, but I am still pretty puny.

well...I am back...sort of. The stuffing has been kicked right out of me, as this was a tough class to teach, but I am sure I can get back to form soon - I just gotta take it slow and not relapse - still feels like someone is sitting on my chest...

After yesterdays ride, the fever shot to 103.5 - spent the day in agony on the couch - hot, cold, pain - today we are at 100.5 so I figure I am making progress - just waiting for someone to come and relieve me - hard to breathe...

Quick jet down to Bolton (Airport;Castlederg;Innis Lake;King; tennis courts) Hooked up with Rocky - King, Duffys, Castlederg, Subdiv., Gore, Railtrail West, Centreville, Castlederg, Boston Mills, Bramalea, Mountainview, Cranston, Jean, Home...) SERIOUS wind made for great resistance traing, but I was soooo chilled at the end and a major chest cold has set in - what am I doing to myself??
Great ride though! Thanks Rocky :)

definitely still sick, but wanted to see if I could shake it off witha good spin - I htink that only works for colds. Headed out onto the roads for some easy hills - Mntnview, Grange, St.drews, escarpment etc...definitely feeling puny after 2.5 days of no food, but the 5lb. weight loss has made me so much faster ;) ;) Great to be on a bike again!

yup..it got me - Monday PM a major grunge set in and side lined me - quads seized from the hard beach running, and the lack of hydration set in - spent Tuesday wracked in pain from the inside out - got an early flight home...ugh...
