MTB 4:00:00 [4]
back on the North Shore - took an epic spin straight up Seymore - 1.5 hrs. up and pretty steep rocky trail - evan joined us after deciding he should play hookey for once in his life - rode most of the mountain down, across and all over - un-frickin'-believable - the stunts are insane, and go on and on and on and on and on and well you get the drift - now time to pack up for the flight home. There is not a spot on my body that doesn't have a bruise...that's why they call me Crash!

MTB 4:00:00 [4]
This was truely epic - rode up to Comfortably Numb - only 26K, but they say the top male racers will still take 21/2 to 3 hrs. to get through - reall technical stuff and 4,000ft. of elevation - I am bruised and beaten, but it was fantasic - definitely couldn't do this very often! We were happy to get through in 3 1/2 hrs. followed by a good spin back to the village.

Trail run 40:00 [3]
took a quick sprint around the trails of the village just cuz it seemed like a good idea pre epic ride...(N.B. sarcasm...) Saw my first black bear on the trail as we rounded a corner, but no fear, cuz. aroound the other corner came a fierce border collie to shoo him away! I love this place!!!

MTB 2:00:00 [3]
headed to squamish on the way to whistler - stopped for some beautiful yet fairly straightforward singletrack - greatclimbs and excellent fast downhills - I'm thinking a downhill rig may be in my future - especially after yesterday! - this was a good recovery ride. Got to Whistler for the night - weeeee!!!

Sunday Oct 15

MTB 3:00:00 [4]
Fromme - holy *ra*&% this was awesome...POURING rain but amazing trails with tonnes 'o stunts and roots - very wet - after a 45 min. climb up the mountain switchbacks, we got to the oil can, stairway to heaven, and the seventh secret - took the seventh down to a whole lot more trails - too many to mention here! Suffice it to say this was spectacular - p.s. BRRRRRRRRRR....
