Epic - Kokopeli to LPS to Porcupine Rim - too awesome for words again - much harder going today - Ries took a header off the diving board and crack his helmet - ouch! After did the Slickrock 1st Loop and half the main trail out and back - this is what all the hoopalah is about!! Wow...

Moab - Gemini Bridges, Klondike Bluffs and Arches Natnl. Park - too awesome for words - pretty basic riding today but lots o rocks, climbs, sand and loose fast downhill - wahooo!

Spooks and Spokes Time Trial - great day in the woods - felt really good out there despite the cold snow and muddy rocks and roots. This was a 2 lap course covering 29K total - lots of rocky bits to play on, so i found myself thanking my lucky stars that I had just returned from BC with practice. Fininshed 1st in my catagory, and I think 5th or 6th overall - will check later...
