Saturday Jan 6

Hiking 1:20:00 [2]
big trek around the Kukagami trail system after a hearty breakfast of oats and homemade blueberry jam...yummmm...
Trail run 1:20:00 [3]
Quick run out to where we had dropped the truck and back - included a fearful ice pond crossing twice - yup...I am a chicken - ice not so strong right now...felt great but my hamstrings got REALLY tight near the end - must be the uneven ground and ice?? Spend a big portion of the evening doing yoga and stretches by a warm fire, and in the wood burning sauna :) :) :) nice sauna....

Friday Jan 5

MTB 1:10:00 [3]
riding into Kukagami as there was not a lick of snow - great riding though - lots 'o ice and slush, and fun trails to explore. Got there and found the lake was pretty frozen at parts, so we set our sights on bikes, skates and hiking boots to fill the lack of snow void...

Wednesday Jan 3

road run 50:00 [3]
pretty steady easy 8.5K - really heavy legs
MTB 30:00 [2]
quick spin down to the dock and back with bmbc for some fun around the fire under the full moon

Tuesday Jan 2

road run 52:30 [3]
9.5K hilly concession run - added 2 extra hills - hams tight
yoga 35:00 [2]
working out those tight hams...

Monday Jan 1

MTB 2:00:00 [3]
ride through the Valley trails as I had slept in too late to join the BMBC group in albion - awesome weather for the first day of 2007 - happy New Year one and all...!!

Sunday Dec 31

road run 1:55:00 [3]
21K LSD - kept a good steady pace; butt, hams and hips got tight at the end - sigh...well, I'm halfway there!
C • half marathon 2
Core and Stability 20:00 [1]
stretching and core afterwards
