Trail run 20:00 [2]
warm up/ cool down on the way to and fro the THI...
Orienteering 1:30:00 [4]
THI - what a blast!! I am calling this a 4 cuz somehow I got el jefe as a teammate, and his legs are 10x longer than mine, and besides, who knew he liked climbing hills in a single bound anyway? As much as I protested saying we could travel much faster on trail at low altitude, he seemed to prefer the up and over approach - he was usually right...harumph...who knew as well that he could use a compass? Thank god cuz I really can't! We had a great time bombing through the woods and managed to find almost all controls before our time ran out. Thanks to Bash and Bent for such a great party!

Trail run 1:10:00 [3]
ran HVT 1 looking for the bmbc crew; got lost a bit around the river - had intended to go into the Wellness for some treadmill and a sauna, but decided to extend the outdoor run a little; too nice a night!
Core and Stability 20:00 [1]
followed up the run with a tonne 'o crunches of all varieties and a good lot of stretching in the grass - January?? I think not...

Wednesday Jan 10

Trail run 30:00 [3]
snowy night run in the Valley to warm up for yoga
yoga 30:00 [1]
working out the kinks from yesterdays blast...

Tuesday Jan 9

road run 2:20:00 [3]
very slow LSD in a blizzard for the frst halh, then biting wind for the 2nd. Too slow for 22K but I'll give a little leeway for the weather...

warm up for hardcore
Core and Stability 40:00 [2]
Hardcore - seemed harder today!

Sunday Jan 7

MTB 1:00:00 [3]
explored a couple of trails before heading home from the northlands - they were just frozen enough to provide great traction and good riding...
