warm and soggy afternoon ski with el jefe and meeko - deep, crusty, tough going - maybe better on wheels tomorow

out to AH and around - back up Duffys - feet froze! but great to be outdoors...

fun run with bash and bent as part of the C3 training night - good hills and drills - nice to step out of the regular routine!

interesting yoga class - moving quickly between poses; doing repeats of 2 poses at a time - almost more like a strength session as my arms and shoulders screamed for relief.

AM 1st Annual Bully for the Chilly run organised by Rocky (thank you!!!) - for all who didn't get to the Chilly Half. Good big group of trail and road runners. Ran from Green P to Duffys on HVT, then road to Castlederg, then back to HVT and home. After to the Bull for brunch - all this good food is really starting to take over from quality training! but yummm....
