awesome epic through Dufferin with BMBC and Hockley Hounds...the trails are in perfect shape and we managed to cover the whole forest plus some roads (and even a little down in the valley ;)) Followed it up with noshing and hockey at el jefe's place

3x 15 mins. at 85% - hilly and strong headwinds made this tough on the quads by the last set!

10 min spin at 75% - 5x30 sec. LI with 1 min in between; 3x10 mins. at 85% with 2 min. rest; cool down spin. I had every intention of trying to get outside alot this weekend, but time just wasn't on my side...le sigh...
