Saturday Dec 8

road run (and trail) 1:10:00 [3]
started in palgrave east, but after about 30 mins., the uneven stuff was getting to the knee, so I hit Duffy's and had a great run down to the chalet and back - perfect winter running day, and my new toones made me feel zippy...
Skiing - alpine 2:00:00 [2]
spent a few hours at Caledon with my Bro. and family - new skiis rock! Good snow and sunshine - my 11yr. old nephew is a mini guru on the twin-tips...wow can he jam...I am so proud and so in awe!

Friday Dec 7

XC Ski 50:00 [3]
palgrave east and west with F&P - new snow fun

Thursday Dec 6

Hiking 30:00 [2]
with poles, and fuzzy and pickles in palgrave east
MTB 45:00 [3]
on the big girl bike down to albion, attempted trail, back to salty steven and the no access roadway - wheeeeee!

Wednesday Dec 5

indoor spin 30:00 [2]
a pathetic attempt to reedeem myself for bailing on the PM run...I am weak...

Tuesday Dec 4

Note
(rest day)
zzzz....easy day of cooking and chillin'

Monday Dec 3

Trail run 40:00 [3]
well... finally decided to try a run again; not the best day for this - pretty crusty uneven trail made for a tender knee much sooner than I had anticipated - arrgh - still it felt good to get out - try, and try again...
