out for Clean Caledon run along the rail trail with Rocky and Scooby - I was pooched - hot, stiff, tired arrgghhhh...I must have slowed Rocky down, but I couldn't pull it out today!! At times we were happy to see snow even...hot hot hot.

fun spin with the BMBC crew through Palgrave - the last 2 sections ( red dog and final chapter) are dry now - maybe salty too by the end of the week?

3 sets 5 min. 100 RPM at 80%HR, 50 hindu squats, 40 secs. mountain climbers, 30 secs. bicycle crunches, 60 sec. per leg rev. lunge with knee up, 5 mins. at 70% and 90 RPM
10 min CD and stretching.

headed to Dufferin with Dunc - about 15 mins. in, the trails turned to snow - not time yet - so we headed out to the roads of Mulmer for some major hill training up and down the lines and sdrds. whew...managed to break in the new bike, and headed to the shop after to tighten some cables etc.

after spending the day moving, packing and unpacking, I snuck into the woods on the new MTB to find dry trail in Palgrave!!! yay - so sweet to ride them again - just the Red Dog - Salty and the Final Chpt. are still too snowy. Some dry doubletrack to, and surprisingly, no mud.
