cool down spin down the road 15 mins.

joined the Wed. PM crew (thanks!) for a good run on the HVT - fast 0-1; ran on for another 10 min. with Rocky and RP on 2 - then home in the dark. My back felt pretty good after Thumbs of Steel (not to be confused with thumbs of death..) got in there and stretched things out! (thanks again!)

headed to Dufferin to check out the trails for this weekends race - Dunc joined me - happy to report almost no snow!!! New bike is getting to know me better; feeling more like a part of me. I brought Skye along for comic relief, and boy is she pooched now!!!! Love a sleeping dog....
