Wasn't quite ready for work yet, so went for my run early. Bumped into some of the Strava track club boys and showed them the smelliest trail in the bay. Clipping along, though started to feel a little tired towards the end.
Sandbagged this workout, but it was still hard. Actually sandbagged the first couple, then plastic bagged the remaining 6. Justified my working harder than I had intended by only doing 8 of the 12 all the big guns did.
Attempting to become the only human in history who does all of the exercises prescribed by the physio (PT) for the entire time I'm supposed to.
