Out for a couple of climbs of twin peaks. Buena Vista first, then climbed from castro as usual before descending Glen Canyon (can't believe I've never been there) and coming back on the road. Guess at elevation change.

Road Running intervals 1:03:30 intensity: (40:00 @2) + (23:30 @5) 9.0 mi (7:03 / mi)

Jog to Kezar and a few warm-up loops, drills and strides.

The marathoners were doing 3x2miles, so I decided to join in for the first two then finish with some 800s. 10:27,10:34, then cruised in 2.28. Rookie and heatwave were flying around so I just let them go, making it a solo effort, and feeling okay till the last 800m where I felt my breathing a little.

Longish cooldown, and feeling happy enough with that.
