Very easy exploration run to Noe Valley. Back home over Twin Peaks and Tank Hill. A bit foggy to start, but hot and taps aff after it burnt off.

SFRC. First loop in a group, then an out and back up Miwok on my own. Not breathing very well again and legs a bit tired.

Along Moffet Blvd then Steven's creek with a triangle thrown in. A bit too soon after lunch and too many cups of tea made this a bit less fun than usual.

Tam after very little sleep. Feet and lower legs and mind sore. Stunning sunrise on the summit and temperature inversion. I'll try to do this every Wednesday until I'm deported...

Very easy, finding my way to the marina and back. Plenty of hills. All was well when I left, the world had changed when I got home.
