Strawberry Hill repeats. Tensions in the men are high for spots on the 'pede.
First session back, so tucked in. As usual, everyone slows right down the second it becomes a hill, so I just gradually worked my way up to the front on each rep. Cruised the downhill section, though I don't think I could move my legs much faster right now. Did 3 full reps, then one half rep to keep mileage low. Lungs kinda behaved themselves, but I could feel the tired glutes on the steep section at the end...
