Frisbee hill reps. Hambutt still sore. Couldn't move fast on the downhill direction, but felt good on the first few uphill until my legs started to get tired.

Waking Cam with some heavy weights. Split squat shitshow. SLDL helped my hambutt loosen.

Tempo with Jonas, Nick, Tom etc. Windy as feck on the waterfront. Think we averaged around 5.35 pace.

Big plans to Make A New Loop today. Turns out there was a fence between the bay trail and the road around the outside of Moffet Field. Lovely loop turned into an out-and-back. Yucky.
