Warmed up round Stow Lake and then did 7x1min fast round the MLK, Pelosi, JFK, De Young loop.

Felt pretty darn tired on the warm-up.

Longest run in a wee while. Fairly easy cruise over to Glen Canyon and back via TP and across to Clarendon.

Strawberry hill mile and a bits. First workout back with WV. Luckily it was my favorite. Felt great: starting easy then pulling all the way through to the front (except Jonas and Rook). No knee funny business. A few exercises afterwards.
