Sunday Apr 7 #

3 PM

Trail Running 2:24:00 [3] 8.7 mi (16:33 / mi) +1200m 11:35 / mi

Stuc from Ben Each, from Glen Ample with Paddy and Jonas. Let Paddy practice nav until we went off the SE of Each. Wild and claggy on the ridge. Brilliant fun. The yanks enjoyed themselves.

Looks like we took a weird route to and from the summit, though the map marked the ridge path like that (I think).

Saturday Apr 6 #

3 PM

Trail Running 1:16:00 [3] 8.0 mi (9:30 / mi) +600m 7:42 / mi

Wild weather loop from TT. Given that Katie was in bed with the cold, I figured one sick wed-ee was enough. Straight descent to the loch was fun.

Friday Apr 5 #

3 PM

Trail Running 52:00 [3] 4.5 mi (11:33 / mi) +700m 7:47 / mi

Almost Ben Ledi. Californian up vs. down time calculation convinced me I would have to turn around at 35min to be on a one hour run. Fool.

Wednesday Apr 3 #

6 PM

Trail Running 1:05:00 [3] 6.0 mi (10:50 / mi) +700m 7:57 / mi

Snowy sunset out and back across Turnhouse and Carnethy. Feeling a bit better.

Tuesday Apr 2 #

6 PM

Trail Running 40:00 [1] 4.0 mi (10:00 / mi)

Walk-jog up on the edge of the Peak district. Tired and jetlagged.

Monday Apr 1 #

8 PM

Trail Running 40:00 [2] 5.0 mi (8:00 / mi)

Newton and Whittlesford Road loop in the dark.
