2x 5mins (2mins) 2x 4mins (1.30) 2x 3mins (1min) . out of the saddle for the first 3 reps, but then my knee started to ache so did the last 3 sitting down. went in the evening after most people had gone home... so much quieter thank GOD. also saw an alex pettyfer lookalike. who said tuesdays were all bad..??!
