scottish sprint champs. fun despite the grim weather!
was alright, hesitant on a few, lost time on 9 & 14- got confused. and then another 30 seconds on the last control haha MARE, saw Laura come into #15 after me, and I panicked a bit and then ran down a dead end after #16 lol so she finished just ahead of me

chasing sprint- starting just ahead of Kirstin & Jenny. Kirstin came flying past me before we'd even got to #1 haha. was fun in all the alleyways & hard to read! but I fell over on some slippery pavement at #6 and landed pretty hard on my hip and elbow:( so just walked/jogged slowly back getting a few controls on the way. alright now, just hurts every time i move my arm

nice run with Hope along the hermitage & round blackford:) good chats & lotsa doggies heheheh. legs feeling suuuper heavy and a bit longer than planned but still fun & nice to get out:)

sore throat & cold pretty grim this morning so missed gym. went running later on when i could breathe a bit better. along the canal, Craiglockhart and then back round blackford:) legs went from feeling pretty shite, to feeling alright in the middle, to feeling absolutely nothing and got pins and needles in my feet towards the end. think cos my calves got pretty tight

found it hard going especially the last 3 reps at the end but made sure I didn't drop the pace. although my legs just totally went to jelly on the last minute lolol. just didn't have the sprint finish #mare
also legs had major doms after gym yday so now will have like double doms haha omg send help
