Up to the top of Mt Ainslie from the Polands house with Shallot! You can just run straight out their back garden onto an o map. pretty cool! The hill was actually proper struggs and i kept getting really horrible pains in my chest on the way up! not sure what it was but anyhoo the views from the top were niiiice!!
woke up at 4am and really struggled to get back to sleep.... legiiiiit

Arrived in Canberra woooo!! Jet lag was not my friend, but we still went out shadowing some kids round a local map, think this helped my lack of sleep situation. plus seeing some kangaroos was pretty awesome! apparently the novelty will wear off soon...
there are also loooads of awesome birds and also saw a swamp wallaby! WOO

legs feeeling ruuuubbish. all the hills were just major strugs!! but nice to get out with chezza though:) gonna miss running with ma bezzie pal!
gonna be a pretty easy week as there is lots of travelling happening soon (WOOO)
