To the top of Mt Tenant with Zoe, Shallot and Tara!! an hour of solid uphill was a bit struggs.... but made it to the top for some epic views!!:) and then the downhill was just super fun:)

cycling from hackett to hughes with shallot in the dark.. and took way longer than it should have as we kept getting confused on the cycle paths

WU- inch worms, glut bridges, MBand walks (4x20), MB lunges, press ups, SL squat 3 x 6
3 x 8 BS - still keeping it light. legs still not used to it!! With 3 x 5 box jumps b/w sets. SL dumbell things 2 x 10, db row 3 x 10 & assisted pull-ups 3x5
Then core circuit to finish. the planks with the disc really killed me off!

Twilight on Mt Painter. decided to try out Jacobs training map- some controls completely blanked out and the other half of the course: contours only. Set off with confidence with my compass and its ginormous bubble. Safe to say my bearings weren't top notch. Killing my compass after only 2 weeks is defo a record for me! Also found i wasn't reading the contours particularly well.. was too high for most! Need to actually look at how much lower/higher the next leg is..
