buckenderra training weekend! did a few controls of the control pick

collecting plan ahead long. managed to plan ahead but then wouldn't always go to plan! lol. especially coming over the hill to #8, came down the wrong gully and just had no attackpoint

torch was a bit crap so was trying to stick with the ppl that had the good lamps!

MTB in Kowen forest with Cathy and Shallot. Loooovely pine trails and they just went on foreverrrr! Was just awesome! :):):) wasn't too technical which was good for me haha. Got pretty hungry and quads quite tired by the end

lake ginninnderra twilight, did the T course, but even that didn't help much.. the area was pretty boring! anyway just nice to be running with a map, even if it was a terribly slow pace.... legs r still useless.

Gym. knee has more flexibility now so was able to do more leg things:)
had the stitches out in the afternoon woooo and now i am allowed to go running!
